Music Rallies

NDMTA Rally began in 1975. Rally is noncompetitive and allows for students of all ages and skill levels to participate. Rally is a great opportunity for musical growth. Rally allows students to challenge themselves and meet goals. Students participate in written and keyboard exams and perform two contrasting pieces of music for adjudication. Rallies aew scheduled annually by a local association. The state provides a complete rally packet for local associations that have scheduled a rally. Teachers having students participating in rally are also expected to purchase a Rally Syllabus. Rally is a great experience for both students and teachers.
